Who we are

Frontage is a small web and marketing studio based in Varna, Bulgaria. If you have any question about your data, email hello@frontage.agency and a real person will reply.

What we collect

What you type into our contact form — your name, business, email address, the plan you're interested in, and your message. You give us this on purpose, so we can reply.
Anonymous analytics — basic, aggregated numbers about how many people visit and which pages they read. We only collect this if you accept cookies. If you reject them, we collect nothing at all.

Why we collect it

Two reasons only: to reply to your enquiry, and to understand how many people visit the site so we can improve it. We never sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Web3Forms processes our contact form and delivers your message to our inbox.
Google Analytics provides the anonymous visitor statistics — and only runs if you accepted cookies.

Both are third parties acting on our behalf. We don't share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months. Your cookie choice is stored for 6 months — see our cookie policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to: see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also withdraw your cookie consent at any time — it's as easy to say no as it was to say yes. Manage it on our cookie policy page, or email hello@frontage.agency and we'll action any request within 30 days.
