Home/About

One person who
knows your business.

We say "a named human" three times on the homepage. This is the page where we actually name them — and explain why a small shop is on purpose, not a limitation.

Why Frontage exists

Local business
deserves better.

Most agencies are built for companies with a marketing budget and a marketing manager to spend it. A café, a gym, a dental clinic gets the same €6,000 quote, the same jargon, and the same account manager who's never set foot in the place.

Frontage is the opposite bet: stay small, publish the prices, own nothing that isn't the client's, and do the boring things well — a fast site, honest words, showing up every month. It's not a growth-hack. It's a trade.

We're based in Varna and work along the coast, across Bulgaria, and with clients abroad in English.

"If it would embarrass you in your own shop, we won't publish it."

That single rule decides everything — no fake reviews, no fear-based countdowns, no rankings we can't promise. A local business runs on trust, and trust is slow. So are we, on purpose.

Who you'll work with

No account managers.
Just the people doing it.

You email a person, not a ticket queue — and it's the same person who built your site and writes your posts.

Words, posts & email

Writes the pages, the blog articles, the captions and the emails — in your voice, checked by a human, and never published before you've approved it.

How we're different

Three habits
most agencies drop.

01

Prices in public

Every plan and every add-on is on the website, before you call. If you have to ask what it costs, the answer is usually "too much".

02

You own everything

Domain, hosting, files, logins — all in your name from day one. Leaving is a 30-day email, not a hostage negotiation.

03

A human signs off

We use modern tools, but nothing goes public that a person hasn't read and put their name behind. If it's wrong, it's on us.
